Only cashback will be converted to AGV, that is why it is a slow conversion cycle, but yeah without charges you can make ASV more useful

If you not received what you've spent, try connect to customer care. I thought you received the complete spent amount in return with AGV: 200 conv. from ASV

Let's say, I ordered an item worth 10,500 spending ASV: 5000 & AGV: 5500, which is giving 1200 as CB.

Got CB as AGV: 1200 after 2 mins of order placement, upon cancellation got return of AGV: 5500, ASV: 3800

That's the prob, this isn't happening for me. Not getting cashback instantly. I remember last yr I ordered a product and I got cashback after shipment only.

Idk how you are able to get cashback.

it refreshes everymonth and everymonth we convert 7500 in 10 orders. from two categories. for others we need to wait and check in other categories try which ever gets converted is highest

after getting refund from zavo for failed cc bill pay, when idfc will forfeit points, need to pay again and point limit is reached for this month?

So anyways after waiting for few days, contacted amazon around 8pm today(10th jul), and told them cashback not received, they said they can see the cashback in their system but somehow it got stuck for reasons unknown to them, They said they can refund the cashback to me right away, and gave me 2 options, either get cashback in amazon pay or bank acc, so ofc i chose bank acc LOL. This was way better than getting it in apay LOL. Cashback getting stuck was blessing in disguise haha. I will try again and see if there is a good cashback deal.

update : the refund already in the bank now haaha
