Here transaction type 009584 means issuing a new ATM card.

You may not get any sms. It varies from branch to branch. My nearest SBI branch is too good. Their service is better than any private bank branch.

Nope, no communication before Card is delivered.

There is nothing to hope. It is just a card and banks are obliged to provide the service. If they deny, go through RBIO for resolution. This is not a IAS or Govt exams..

yeah i know that but i don't like the chaos they create due to their lack of knowledge. Just don't want to jump through the hoops..

When I applied I had read the entire thread of the same and directly applied with code and ensured the manager approves it in system. They did told some reason to delay, but I told I will directly complaint to their agm and RBIO. My intention is to give this feedback and nothing else.
