Here transaction type 009584 means issuing a new ATM card.
That looks like your branch. Did you visit nadukuppam branch of the SBI?
 
yeah i know that but i don't like the chaos they create due to their lack of knowledge. Just don't want to jump through the hoops..
When I applied I had read the entire thread of the same and directly applied with code and ensured the manager approves it in system. They did told some reason to delay, but I told I will directly complaint to their agm and RBIO. My intention is to give this feedback and nothing else.
 
I deactivated my Global debit card on Friday and then applied for RPP debit card on Saturday at bank branch. Now I have received SMS that my virtual debit card also closed, lol
I think he took "under-promising and over-delivering" too seriously. 😂

Now vdc has no value. If you still want it apply it after 15 days cool down period. Can be applied maximum twice per year.
 
Today the card is visible in YONO app, but it shows "VISA" on the bottom right. So, he applied for wrong card?

Always keep a snapshot of the dc appln form after the employee seal and signs. Visit the branch and give a complaint in writing with copy of dc appln form. In Parallel create complaint in their portal with proof. They will resolve.

They collected my form and kept under several other forms. Looks like they kept it for another day's work.

In which portal should I raise complaint?
