I think not only BoB removed option to apply DC from net banking but also no option for applying for second "Rupay Select" DC via app... So select wisely. Bank asked to visit and submit form in person.

I meant if you have EMT first then for RSDC you have to apply from bank.

I got 3 Rupay DCs from BOB App.

I tried this last week for new account, last month it also worked for me.... now don`t see RSDC option while applying for Mahila Shakti account... May should have applied for it before EMT... bank says submit application in bank... but, YMMV
