Zavo bro. Today just made 25K transaction. 500 points credited instantly. Today only reward link added in my account. Previously I used to watch ppl say points credited instantly.

I made 2 payments to SBI using Zavo yesterday, those were successful and even money is credited in SBI, checked the SBI App, it shows Paid.
But today got message from Zavo that "payment was unsuccessful and money will be credited within 7-14 business days" for both transactions and even Zavo App now showing "Bill payment failed"

Has anyone faced this issue? I checked few pages didn't find any related discussion.
Luckily I have some time for due date (8-9 days).

received 2000 points less in one account and 3000 less in another .. looks like idfc point algorithm today is goofed up hope they soon reconcile and credit the missing points

once the amount is credited to the card don't worry. Zavo status will change later.

Idfc newly opened select account how long it will take to merge with reward portal. Only opened an week ago. Received welcome kit and first tap debit card. Currently can't see first rewards option in mobile app.

Once you do a transaction the reward points will be visible. If you don't get points for an eligible transaction you can wait for 14 working days and then raise a request.

Ask for MCC Code. They will tell you in 2-3 days.
