I think txn history is not a problem, we can see all txn in "Can't find your recent transactions? Click here"

Did you reach 1L Limit

Problem is not 1L limit.
There seems to be limit on number of transactions which is 8.

I wanted to prepay about 1L before bill was generated. My previous month bill was ~7k. So it was not allowing me to pay more then 7k per txn.
I ended up paying 7k 8 times in staggered way and boom. Had to wait for 24 hours.

you can pay max 8 or 9 times per day or sometimes max 5 times within 24hrs.

try after 24 hrs.

Its 8 times... finally one cc person was kind enough to dig and inform me this.

received 2000 points less in one account and 3000 less in another .. looks like idfc point algorithm today is goofed up hope they soon reconcile and credit the missing points

Yes, now merchant name and mcc got changed, previously name Phonepe Pvt Ltd and mcc is 5399, now Phonepe payment gateway show merchant name goodscore and mcc 6012
