Query regarding hdfc account opening( vkyc)

I opened a senior citizen savings account for my father online and it reached till the last stage where account number was generated..and vkyc left ...but he is unable to do vkyc as on vkyc they are asking lot of questions which he is unable to answer and vkyc is not being completed.

Can the kyc in this case be done offline..by visiting branch.!??

Not recommended, close the account and open a new account with kit.

If account number & Customer ID generated.

KYC can be done offline I believe.
