Question on RBIO complaint process

Hi

I raised an RBIO complaint on icici bank for charging annual fee on my new credit card. It's been almost 25 days but no update yet. The statement on the card is generated with the joining fee.

Now the question is if I request icici to close the credit card, will the RBIO complaint also be closed without any action as the CC is closed?

Or the complaint will still be open and they will provide the compensation or the conversion of card to LTF

If you don't wish to damage your Cibil

Pay it right away

You can fight with RBI Later. rbi will take its own sweet time. Not damaging your Cibil is more important
