I got a call from hdfc agent about cc and i requested DCBM , she agreed and she only filed application on hdfc bank. After i got to know she has applied for privilege cc , when asked she said DCMB will be approved they have coupon code they can mention in application. But privilege was only approved from hdfc. I did not activate the card. I have no relationship with HDFC.
I do meet criteria for DCMB. I tried escalation on all levels , got a call from another hdfc agent she tried all possible things but not able to approve DCMB.
I have all whatsapp chats from hdfc business account agreeing on DCMB. Can i file complaint with RBIO. Its clear case fraud and misinformation.
