Bhai log 9 june ko first Trasaction kiya Rs 2000 abhi tak refund nhi aaya mail karne par unka reply a aaya "We would like to inform you that your payment of INR 2000.00 has been failed.
Please rest assured as the refund process will be initiated soon and the details regarding the same will be shared with you shortly"

Till today they're not provided any information regarding this refund. They're not receiving call also on their helpline number 1800313163163

What should I do..?
Chargeback ke liye apply karu...?

Try dropping a mail to zavo support with your query. They should respond there

apply from IDFC app (check main post how to apply), your both visa/mastercard+RuPay will co-exist)

IDFC Firstap RuPay Virtual card will generate within 24hrs or max 48hrs.

your RuPay card is also private debit card, So reward rate will be same as per your private account.

Tax payment, sometimes charges extra fee after payment settled. Wait few days and check your transaction statement, is there any extra charges debited or not.

You are right that might happen (hdfc mentioned the same that their charges wont be visible at the time of payment and otp but will be there when posted in statement but their charges for debit card are zero), but the charges i told you are from the official charges list which was available there. If required i will share the images if someone requires it.

On second thought, I am adding the images for some gateways...

Yesterday was my due date of sbi cashback credit card bill so i paid normally today via net banking. My account variant would be getting upgraded to private today so i will apply for first tap rupay after that.

I think it will be visa or Master debit card. For first tap debit card, you need to go in Cards section of Accounts and then apply for First Tap Debit card.

Okay got it, just waiting for the account to be marked as private and kit to be delivered. Then probably I should apply for first tap. I think in basic version reward rate is very less

looks like it. Specially for Amex card payments u used use sbi vdc.

It's okay, i didn't even use idfc first tap basic card for rewards. My due date was yesterday so i was scared that zavo app if acted stupid could block my amount. I don't trust these third parties much.
Would I get any reward if i pay with first tap on sbi credit card online portal?

Zavo app is safe, apply IDFC Firstap RuPay debit card, virtual card will generate within 24 hrs or max 48hrs and use on Zavo app.

All credit card bill payments works under BBPS/Bharat Connect in India.
