One of my shopping transaction wasn't considered. Spoke to the phone banking customer, but he was not able to resolve the issue and suggested to go to the bank itself. Is there any customer care email for debit card related issues?

same one only.. will get points if mcc matched, otherwise it doesn't matter whether whether its shopping purchase or not, if they recieve rent mcc then no points. applies all places, all purchases.

Strangely, MyMoney lists it under food category, but even that should be eligible, as other entries in the same category were considered for cashback.

Email PNO with transaction ID and merchant category. Except PNO, nobody will listen to DC queries.
