Received Cashback for May

So I reviewed my spends and found out that out of 2 of the Amazon purchases that I did, 1 did not get considered for cashback because "description" mentioned its "Amazon Pay India Private" vs "www amazon in". Even though both the Amazon purchases were regular purchases, the merchant through which payment is going is randomized I guess. Very unfortunate. I am not sure if this can be disputed?

P.S: I have sent them a mail at Level 1 with transaction details of what txn they did not consider for Cashback.

Update:

Received a call from Kotak. Essentially they said that if your purchase gets tagged with "Amazon Pay" then you are f***d.

Even if I can provide them proof of purchase showing that its a physical item and not Utility/Wallet load/any ineligible transaction, they wont consider it.
