How to spend online or transfer balance from Paulpay prepaid debit card to bank account?

I have almost 9.5k in my Paulpay prepaid wallet/card. I loaded this amount from my cc to pay BOB credit card bill, but unfortunately its failing automatically after some time. Now my 9.5k amount is stuck in Paulpay prepaid card. Though I have full kyc account but I already transfer 10k from wallet to account and exhausted this month's limit of wallet to account transfer. I have also tried to load this amount to amazon wallet but didn't work, also this Paulpay prepaid card is not working on amazon to buy any product. I am trying to find out the ways how can I use this amount anywhere to take the benefit of ths 9.5k. I will never use this Paulpay wallet as their customer care team is pethatic never respond and they don't have any idea where can a person use their prepaid card.
Note: Paulpay prepaid wallet has a rupay virtual prepaid debit card that starts from 8173*********.

Bahut purana wallet hai. Paulpay and ek aur tha paulpay ka, naam yaad nahi aa raha hai.

Yes its very old wallet, last year it started the facility to transfer money to account from its wallet, also it has credit card bill pay option but only for BOB cc. I have been doing the payment of BOB cc after loading money on this wallet from Kotak Myntra as it comes under utility txn. But this month they have stopped cc bill payment by wallet money thats why my money stuck in their wallet. This pp card is not working anywere including amazon etc.
