I ahve a Limit 8.4L and completed spends of 9 Lakhs in past 6months. I have asked a hdfc bank manager about upgrade to infina. they said me the minimum limit required is 10 Lakhs for an upgrade. Is there any way to get the upgrade possible. give me your suggestions please

I just made my last transaction on DCBM to reach 4L milestone for Apr-Jun quarter before I send upgrade consent.

1. Will quarterly milestone be credited soon after Txn gets settled or it'll be after quarter ending
2. If I upgrade mid of this quarter, hope they don't revert credited milestone points?! 😂
3. I have close to 90k points. Is there any capping on amount of points transferred? (Just being cautious of any hidden clause)

Hello Everyone, I have a quick question
I have a dinersblack plastic LTF credit card from last 5 years with a current limit of 6.27 lakh and in the last six months I have spent 9 lakh.
HDFC is offering me hdfc diners black metal credit card based on my spends but I am interested in Infinia.
Should I accept diners black metal now and after few months try for Infinia or drop a note to HDFC bank for upgrading my card to Infinia , Kindly suggest

The main reason is credit limit, if it doesn't pass 8 lacs, you will not get infinia

Earlier they used to increase limit once in a year but now they have not increased the limit for quite couple of years.

Are there any suggestions to increase the limit as salary has only increased by 20k/month for me in last couple of years due to the macroeconomic environment so I do not think this will help me to increase my credit limit from 6.26 Lakh to 8 lakh

is it exact 8 lakhs or above 8 lakhs. also tell them i am asking for upgrade based on sspend criteria and many people got this with 8 lakh limit. try it might help you. or try from start again contacting pno. they will do it.some pno consider 8lakhs and some consider 10L so try again. hope you get it bro.

Also usually it needs to be approved by your manager who is above your RM. In my case MY RM contacted me saying that have i raised any request for upgrade. and he said that manager told him to contact me. but i can surely say they didn't helped me in this even after make More HNI FD's he asked me for ITR.

so once contact them and explain them 1% of chance is there that he can help you. other wise try PNO route from start again.

after completing the step of what you did like accepting the 4 conditions for upgrade. My RM told that my manager pushed it for fast process. but i can't surely trust them

Sorry bro, there is no other way except auto LE & Manual LE.

We have to wait till eternity for getting auto LE

Thanks Aniket, I will drop a note for limit enhancement to HDFC
Do you have a idea how limit is decided is it some multiple of net take home salary e.g. if someone has net take home monthly salary of 1 lakh then credit limit would be 2 time of 1 lakh i.e. 2 lakh ?
