Infinia About Infinia Upgrade

I ahve a Limit 8.4L and completed spends of 9 Lakhs in past 6months. I have asked a hdfc bank manager about upgrade to infina. they said me the minimum limit required is 10 Lakhs for an upgrade. Is there any way to get the upgrade possible. give me your suggestions please

Yes, recently they changed the limit to 10L.
But, try your luck by sending a mail to customer care.

regalia Gold holder. Salary criteria wont meet. My past limit enhancement before a Year using payslip is said that my maximum limit can only be 5.5L by CX. later received automatic limit enhancement by system after maintaining a 50L thresh hold for 2 months in savings account

You should escalate to PNO, make a case for your upgrade. Use chatgpt etc. for writing a good email.

On the same boat. Spent 8L in last 6 months (statement wise). Sent and email to priority redressal on 5th of May. Received an email today stating internal guidelines and bakwas and rejected. If anyone has a success story or recent criteria please update here.

I sort of know that 9L is the spend criteria. But giving it a shot so that let it come from them that it's 9L, then in a month I can achieve it and get through the other side.

Thank you dude. received card. NO delay nothing. got approval a week back after my first mail. but card didn't showed till yesterday. the card is visible now. Thank you.

Everyone thank you the Card has been Received. I just dropped a mail saying my present limit is 8.4 lakhs and i have completed 9 lakhs spends in past 6 months. please check and approve thats it. they reverted me through mail after 2 days regarding confirmation of upgrade. later after confirmation. it took me 4 days to get the card shown in app. thats it guys . Thank you everyone here.
