Stable Money RuPay Credit Card launched by Suryoday bank | 10 Airport lounge access, Spa, Golf, Health Checkup etc

Mine is fixed now and asked lifetime cashback of rs 8
Mine is fixed as well, maybe? It is now showing up as 7 rupees cashback with 4 rupees earned in the month of June. I never did any transaction in June.

Emailed them at 8am today, also what the ways to pay the cc bill? Only stable money app (hence no cb).

The CC bills of cards launched by SFBs (Utkarsh, Sarvoday, Unity.....) are to be paid via their own Apps - as most of them are yet to be onboarded to the BBPS. Yes, you lose your CashBack when paying such bills.

Still they have given debit card option for payment.
 
According to this-
We get both railway and airport lounge(Not used personally).
Benefits will refresh quarterly? Only 2 benefits redeemable per quarter(read point 5).

Doesn't that mean Lakme could be redeemed 4 times?

Also, point 6 is concerning along with a point mentioned at the last of that document.

It literally states any rewards promised are overriden by the newer reward structure proposed in the document.

Platinum walo ka cut gaya, only physical card can access the lounge & that's all the Platinum card will get. No music subscription.

PS: While I never applied for this card, nor will ever, I have been closely following.

Yeah, that card didn't have ott benefits. I think the information was also incomplete about lounge access at first.

Yeah, I will do the same but after a while. Credit age new hai, closing now may impact negatively and hard inquiry (4 points) damage is already done.

Although, fault Mera hai completely. Got greedy and applied like an idiot.
 
Did anyone receive any reply from Suryoday for email sent on 2nd june?
I am thinking of sending them intimation to reply tomorrow, with a strict warning that I have proofs and will complain to RBIO.
No reply to me as well. Last time it time took them around 10 days to reply me.

Either way, can we actually escalate though? The cardholders agreement does say that bank can withdraw benefits anytime for any reason at their discretion.

Although I am not an expert, but in my opinion they cannot withdraw benefits with effect retrospectively.
This does make a case of RBIO.

Even for withdrawal of benefits, there should be an official email intimation to all customers.
