For IDFC: Don't redeem points today for vouchers. They debited my points, and the vouchers are not being generated. When I called them, they said there is an ongoing issue, and will get resolved in 24 hours.

Yes correct there is some issues because yesterday the 1 pt value was 16.66₹ for amazon shopping voucher so i redeemed 10k Amazon shopping gv for 600 pts only. Now 1 pt value is 0.25₹

Did they charge you for the extra points or tried to block the gift card?

after getting refund from zavo for failed cc bill pay, when idfc will forfeit points, need to pay again and point limit is reached for this month?

It’s been 20 days since amount refund. But IDFC did not take back the points.

Once points are given they will count towards the limit. You can only transact if points are reverted.
