you can activate it via NB

You can do it through NetBanking. Go to the card section and select the activate debit card option.

Everytime I logged in netbanking and clicked on My cards (assuming thats where I will be able to assign/change DC PIN) it throws me out and asks to login again. On top whats more frustrating is I get login sms and email about same, very annoying!!
