New account takes time to get mapped with rewards portal normally 2-3 months.
In case old account + new vdc - new vdc in some cases need 45 working days to get mapped.
In case old account +old vdc - TAT for sbi rewards is 7 to 15 days.

In any situation avoid reaching customer care it's of no use they gonna take their time. Have a patience, you will get your points for sure.

used Physical MasterCard DC earlier and got points next day
Generated VDC first time on 13th May. transacted after few minutes and got Base points+bonus points next day itself. I am surprised and happy to receive bonus points first time ever.
Earlier i tried several times to generate Rupay VDC but it never got success, on 13th I choose Visa variant and it got generated instantly. Don't know why SBI don't want to give me rupay VDC. a

when will idfc take back points for refunded transaction .. its already been 3 days since refund but points are not yet reversed .. hit the monthly limit so can't pay more till points are reversed
