Received call regarding ICICI Sapphiro Credit Card LTF Upgrade

I am holding LTF ICICI Coral Credit Card. Today I received call from number starting from +9122..., she claimed that she is calling from ICICI and told me that bank is offering me free upgrade to LTF ICICI Sapphiro Credit Card. I asked her to share the details on email, but she told me that she does not have access to do that. She suggested me that either she can tell the features on phone or I can check it on iMobile or website. She told me that She only need my name and address in order to proceed further. I asked her to call me again tomorrow because I need time to check the features.
I checked my iMobile and also I contacted ICICI customer care after that, but I could not find this pre-approved offer there. What do you suggest, should I provide my details to her when I receive call again tomorrow? or This can be fraud call? Does ICICI bank provides such offers only on phone? Can I trust them?

Any chances they will offer LTF when card closure is requested?

lol no idea. My experience with iciic to close cards have been straight forward. They do ask for reason to close the card and I said I am overleveraged. I have closed rupay coral, adani, apay for now. They didn't push at all, they closed the card right away. They were very polite.

But if you give reason like bad limit increase or not satisfied or want LTF, may be they will do, try your luck. If customer service doesn't do it then try emailing. Check the forum and see which email is best to get card converted LTF. ??

This is true, received call on 13th February 2025 after that there was no any sms, email from icici even customercare doesn't know about this then I received sms on 18th March 2025 from icici that upgrade request has been registered on 20th March it was completed and on 21st March I was able to see sapphiro dual in my imobile application

Do anyone get any call from ICICI Bank offering sapphiro credit card 1st yr free???. I am getting the call and offered me 0 joining fee and annual fee is also 0 for 1st yr. In imobile app joining fee is 6500+gst and annual fee 3500+gst. I think it's a great deal as it's the 2nd premium credit card.

Yes, I received call 10 days ago for fyf. Card has been dispatched. Use it mainly for bogo and close if not made ltf before renewal

Yes, I received call 10 days ago for fyf. Card has been dispatched. Use it mainly for bogo and close if not made ltf before renewal

How they will process the card generation? Just with one"yes". Informed me no additional details required

They called and just asked pincode for address confirmation that's it. After that for 5 days I didn't receive any update. I even called the customer care regarding this but was told that there is no upgrade request. After th the next day I got a message that upgrade request has been taken and I could see it in the imobile app. Today I got dispatch message.

No idea don't have paid card any maybe First statement of next year ( depends on date )
So better try close in 11th or 12 starting

Nothing premium in that card. Almost everyone who's keeping that card have it ltf.

But when I asked the card as LTF. They denied it. Only 1st yr free is there

I'm also getting the calls for Saphiro FYF, but I'm asking for LTF Card, they say that it will not be possible only FYF is available. Can anyone help in this case?
Either to proceed with FYF Card or wait for some more time or take FYF offer and convert later to LTF (is that possible)?
