Where to complain for CGSP platinum select card bin not being mapped in rupay portal..
Rupay may clearly say that these cards doens't have select offers so they dont work here...
Branch people also have no role in this. They are like, aapne jo card manga humne apply kr diya 😀

I have already written to Rupay.

SBI categories salary account based on net salary. mine is 1L + so platinum variant

Rupay select variants he to offer to rehna chahiye... maybe like nari shakti dc kuch time lagega to update in rupay portal... I would suggest everyone who has got this card to raise a complaint with sbi dc team....

SBI k circular pe offers mentioned ha ya nahi, yeh sab card pe ?

Agar hai toh no need to worry woh RuPay wale kuch din ya weeks me update kar denge.

Bahut se circulars post hue to the isi thread mein listing out the benefits of these new rupay cards.... I think kuch time lagega to update the bins in rupay portal....

Regading CGSP Platinum Rupay Select having bin with 35370305, I called to Rupay Select team. they said it is diamond select rupay card which have been discontinued by bank, hence you cant use this card on rupay select platforms as it doesn't have any benefits, contact the bank .

whereas SBI Customer care on Tolfree number says, they don't have Rupay Select debit cards or any tie-up with rupay select portal so they cant help
