Zest money and ghalla finance issue

I have zest money amazon lone on June - 2018 ₹10990/-
Paid 3 emi on time it closed on sep-2018 my transunion cibil is updated fine
After that feb-2022 experian credit report says lone was write off by ghalla Bhansali finance

Need to contact ghalla bhansali and get noc from them and have them send it to experian.

What's that supposed to mean?

Write off implies consumer did not repaid the loan and the loan issuing company has failed to recover loan and hence written it off.
