closing Zest Money and bolt account

Hi,

Zest Money has opened bolt account without my permission. Now when I am requesting them to close Bolt as well as Zest Money account, they aren't responding. why these companies are forcing their accounts on customers.

last month trip money has also opened account without my KYC and permission.

How can I close Zest account?

ZestMoney isn't an NBFC. Their credit limit doesn't appear on CIBIL until you take a loan which will actually be on one of their partner NBFC names (Kitetsu Saison, Hero Fin Corp, etc.). So they cannot provide NOC.

FYI - ZestMoney has shut down Bolt and closed all accounts. So your account is already auto closed probably, check latest credit reports.
