Zero Balance AMB Account from IDFC First Bank, Is It Worth It? Need Advice!

Yes, on a Normal 10k variant they give 2000 points. I have also opened this Zero AMB account and would like to know the best place to do this Rs 1000 transaction?

I just did the firsttap cc payment ( while it was still giving rewards ) and got the points instantly.

That was the old solution. What's the latest? People using GoodScore paid App now but that is also not reliable.

Atleast if anyone can tell what to avoid during first payment will help.

u took the firsttap cc bhai in addition to visa debit card we got, where did you use the card bhai ?

@SSV I have seen your other posts regarding zero balance wealth account but now they are giving zero MAB on CC Autopay.

If you were offered 0 MAB account based on some offer, it will remain 0 MAB even after you upgrade it to Wealth program

@SSV Customer care is saying that branch visit is must to upgrade to wealth program. How did you upgrade it on phone banking?

now once you opt for this and in the future if you want to maintain 10 lakhs for wealth upgrade then it would be difficult i think cause I'm waiting for 3 month (maintaining the required amount to be maintained for wealth upgrade) to be over so i can request again (even though i had a word with someone from nearest branch say sir we need 75 lakhs for wealth upgrade). so thought i should let you know.

i think it asks but it is optional so yeah head over in your free time to the nearest IDFC branch and have a word with them.

I have opened the 0 MAB IDFC first account...

No one gives huge cashback on CC payments, so there is no direct way.
There are some tricks and workarounds that everyone uses here. You can search the forum and read the threads to see what is suitable to you.

My experience of getting 1% cashback on HDFC Platinum debit card.

Dec 23 - Opened Savings Max Account and got 'Visa Platinum Debit Card'. Started getting 1% cashback (upto Rs 750) on making payment of ICICI credit card through Bill Pay on HDFC platform. In around 6 months time it stopped automatically.

Nov 24 - Changed the account type to Speciale Gold and also converted to Classic Banking (on request). Placed order for new Platinum Debit Card with hope to get word Classic mentioned it. But again got the same variant 'Visa Platinum Debit Card'. Anyways, again started getting...
