if you guys are going to use such ad blockers, then how would we run website like TF Community 🤕

Todays we will switch to better server, and after the upgrade, search feature will be also upgraded.

In my opinion..The advts are fine. Chalne do..
Still getting those annoying full screen ADs.

@TechnoFino i think it's a good decision to advertise. It's better than crowdsourcing a knowledgebase and commercialising it (like Google maps does --- you don't do that haina?🌚)
As for some changes - yes the ads were confusing as attachments but that's sorted 👍
For better CTR - you could sign up with specific brands which would be relevant to this forum
You might also consider pitching your VIP lounge to more premium ads - i suppose they would be wise enough to act with their judgement, while would also be a premium list of customers for the banks and brands

I agree. I will whitelist TF in my adblock list. This forum is giving people including me a lot of information and help.

Brother adblock i have in browser so it works for all sites. I understand that it takes time and effort to build a business. But we as users contribute our time and knowledge here and also sharing with others. I am happy that you do not moderate such posts even though it may hit you financially. Kudos to you. And this is one of the reasons are spend more time here vs other card sites.
I am okay with ads if they are not required to click to go on. Do what you have to do to run the website smoothly.
True there is popular car website which you open on mobile and eveytime u try open a page/thread a 8 second full page ad comes in. It is so bad.
You can maybe also have some subscription /voluntary donation option. Can help generate funds for website
Donation can provide temporary income but subscription can be a regular income source. However, some people who like to share knowledge and offer help may feel offended if they are asked to subscribe.

When I started visiting this community back in March, the first thing that came to my mind was to include an Adsense.
However, the only problem is that sometimes ads appear in between two comments or discussion. I havent used Adsense in any of my development or anywhere, but is it possible to change its positioning?

I am getting full page ads sometimes which are annoying. Other than that banner ads dont attract much attention.

A website shouldn't open if an ad blocker is enabled, which is a good suggestion.
