YES MARQUEE: Shocked to see the reward points statement

I had requested Yes bank customer care to share the reward points statement as the points didn't seem right on 26 March and first thing they got back on 6th MAY!.

I was shocked to see that NOT a single eligible online transaction was rewarded with 36 points. All the transactions were either 18 points or 10 points. Everything from MMT, Uber, William pen, Amazon, Swiggy, Daily objects and several others!
I recently checked the statement as I was busy and have written back to them.

This fraudulent activity is shocking. I urge all YES marquee users to request for their points statements and check.

Just checked mine bro. Had a lot of spends. around 2 lakhs.
And it's all perfectly matching with the points table.

I got 36 RP for BMS (merchant category in statement is mentioned "Business Services")
36 RPs for booking flights via yes rewards portal (merchant category in statement is mentioned "Business Services")
18 RPs for all offline spends in Qatar (no RPs for forex charge of 1%. RPs only on the invoice amt) (merchant category in statement is mentioned "Clothing Stores", "Retail outlet services", miscellaneous stores")
While in Qatar, to buy esim from Ooredoo (Qatar's telecom service) I got 10 RPs per INR 200 spent.

So, for me it's 99.99% correct. Have a discrepancy of 4 RPs, that's all.

I had not spent anything this year on this.. previously I mentioned about this discrepancy.. very rarely I got 36 RP for online spends.
I spent about 9 L in the first fews months on Wallet loads when the wallet loads were rewarding, the rest 1L was online.after that no spends at all in the 2nd year...
Thanks for tagging anyway
