So I got the card approved on 1st. Today the card got delivered. Yet the transactions are failing.
On amazon / Flipkart.
For amazon even I got 2 merchant names. Failing on both.
Anyone know the solution?
And additional ques. How to connect to an agent in the chat. Dumbass bot is asking the same thing again and again and not connecting to anyone.
Any other mode of communication to reach them?

The bot will keep asking same thing again and again. U have to type "chat with expert". Only then u will be redirected to an actual agent. Sometimes when all agents r busy then u will be asked to wait for sometime and receive a notification when that agent joins. Regarding the failing transactions, just wait for 1 or 2 days. These jupiter people r resetting the mcc codes. It was failing for me last week but this week no issue.
