Got the card approved yesterday.
Surprisingly every transaction on Flipkart/amazon is failing.
When asked support about this, they are saying its due to transaction on restricted merchants.
Can anyone let me know what to do ?
Or should I wait till physical card is delivered?

Just wait. Faced same problem few days back. Now everything back to normal.

Just now checked.Working for me in Amazon. Have you activated your card? You should be able to use before physical card

For me it's failing on tatacliq (preferred merchant). Have you got it reoslved or still u face the issue

So I got the card approved on 1st. Today the card got delivered. Yet the transactions are failing.
On amazon / Flipkart.
For amazon even I got 2 merchant names. Failing on both.
Anyone know the solution?
And additional ques. How to connect to an agent in the chat. Dumbass bot is asking the same thing again and again and not connecting to anyone.
Any other mode of communication to reach them?

Did you activated the card? Activation code will be in letter sent with physical card
