Same they did with me, I was 21 years of age and they kept sending me edge card ads on WhatsApp, emails, jupyter, I didn't know at that time that age required is 23.

Now, those shit jupyter company doesn't let me apply for last 2 years. It's always showing Not eligible 😑

Already done and tried 3 times, they say when you will be eligible, you will be notified.

I also didn't know directly applied online on csb site, it said approved, but asked to download jupyter app, and still didn't resolve. Jupyter app is shit, has lot of bugs.

Hey. I tried to apply for the card from my hometown. I didn't know it will track based on gps and straight away it said not serviceable area. I will be in serviceable are after few days. How to apply again or remove existing application?

Bro don't lose hope..

Same happened with me.. was rejected last year.. couldn't apply since then as apply now section was greyed out..

When edge+ was launched, I applied via CSB bank & it was approved in 2 minutes.. but Jupiter app still showed not eligible/greyed out..

I texted CSB bank on X, and within 2 days I got email from Jupiter that my application was reset and I can proceed now..

Card showed in the app same day..

You can try this route..

Already at vkyc stage, is it possible to apply referral at this point?

My referral shows within 14 days of opening account. So I guess you can apply even after getting the card. Check my siggy for the referral code.
