Which is the best ICICI Bank debit card for Reward points?

I have a ICICI savings account but I haven't used the physical debit card yet because it's lost. Only used the virtual card once or twice Online. Also I haven't been charged for the card yet. Getting regular calls from ICICI to upgrade. What is the best card to upgrade with low AMC? I just want reward points or cashback and my usage will be entirely Online .. not interested in any other perks. Already have multiple cards.

Even their credit card reward are not in average but debit card, nothing i think
