Which Debit Card to use for Credit Card Bill Payment in May 2025

I paid amex directly using my sbi vdc today morning but still didn't receive reward points, where to check or am I missing something. I paid through the direct amex billdesk.

Wait 7 days.

New acc/new card users - wait 2-3 months.

@Abhishek012 Please suggest a way on how to pay Standard Chartered CC Bill & get 1% cb? Which app to use if I go through HDFC Millennia route? Hope 2.5% or 1% cb (Whatever) upto Rs.400 is valid by that method. After loading the wallet , which app should I choose to pay SCB cc bill.

Apply SBI Virtual RuPay debit card and pay cc bill via phonepe app, paytm app, freecharge app, billdesk website without any extra charges on RuPay.

Apply IDFC Firstap RuPay debit card and use CC bill pay, you will get your Select Account 4k Welcome rewards + transaction rewards too.

No need to use your primary visa/mastercard debit card.

Rewards rate and welcome rewards are same as your Select account.

Use Zavo app for CC bill payment.

When I am loading wallet using my HDFC Millenia DC, I am able to do it without any transaction limit, but when I am using my family member's debit card in my Payzapp account, I am only able to load Rs. 5,000/- in 1 transaction, is it how it works? Can anything be done around it?

New account/new card hai na ? IDFC rewards system se linked nahi hoga, 14 working days wait karlo aa jaye jayega sab (max 45 days).

IDFC ko complaint kar sakte ho but abhi nahi, atleast 14 working days wait karo.

Update (25th May 2025) - ​

GoodScore app - Debit Card option available only if your cc bill payment above 2 lakhs.

Below 2 lakhs, no debit card allowed.

Better to use Zavo app using IDFC Firstap RuPay debit card and get rewards on small amount cc bill payment too.​

For new cards, 5000/- per transaction. After 4 hours of saving the card, you can add without limit.
