Today I paid and got that 10rs and some coins. It didn't visible after payment but it was there in rewards section.

Ok full payment or part. Earlier it was giving on part payments not sure they are restricting based on account or using 5% tag for full payment only

Just now paid and got 10₹ on scratching card. If not visible after payment goto rewards section. I paid in parts payment of 500₹. As 2% cashback is there so better to pay in parts of 500₹ until you get bored.
