Debit Card option is back but now Razorpay gateway.

IDFC Firstap RuPay DC : Reward credited.

Note - Some people still get phonepe gateway too.

Payments getting failed even before otp.

Sbi rewards last 3 transaction done on May 7 and 9th didn't receive any points...is that any issue?

SBI Rewardz credit TAT is min. 15 days and 120 days maximum.

If you don't have patience then don't use SBI at all.

SBI is more like transact and forget. RPs come as late as 8 months sometimes and other times next day also.

No need to contact anyone as it always come automatically.

Now, they are issuing MC/Visa to any of the account variants no hard rule followed. Always take Visa variant paired with Firstap Rupay.

are wo bolte 45 working days hai lagate usse jada hai mera 90 working days baad aya tha patience rakho sab ajayega eksath. Mail wagera krke kuch hasil nahi hoga process speedup krte nhi wo log, apne speed se chalte.

Have patience with sbi that's it. Only wallet load is excluded in their list points will surely come just wait. Don't try to ping customer care for it they are marking cc bill payment transactions manually (i think) as one of my friend ping customer care for points issue (transaction was of cc bill payment).For which he didn't received points, customer care told him it was ineligible transaction this incident happened 6 month ago till he never received points for same transaction moreover he got points for other bill payment transaction with same merchant .

So patience is a key with SBI if you don't have it don't go with SBI.

For me, payment deducted from Bank. Phonepe gateway shows success however redirect o good score gives "transaction failed".
