I am no more getting points for IDFC DC.

* Got 250 points for bill payment via idfc app.
* Total spends for this month is Rs.305000 only. Have not crossed 340000.
* Last transaction was 30k for which I got only 2250 points. I got 750 less points.
* Again tried 1000 but got 0 points.

What's going on here?

Not sure if you have hit the monthly capping already. Otherwise points are getting credited instantly.

May be if it’s first month bill then 4K welcome benefits might be adjusted ? Expert can comment 🙂

Yes I thought the same, welcome benefit point will already credited for first transaction based on account variant. Now might be that reward point adjustment

So it means first month max spend to get max reward of 30k points would be 3lakhs , not 3.4 lakh. Hence he has not received further reward. Iff my assessment is correct, it would be great if @Abhishek012 update the first page .
