I have paid with IDFC Firstap just now in Zavo. each tab was opening after a minute or something. May be because all the people in TC community are on it. Or it could be that he has made a new portal which is still in works like the IDFC new rewards portal which was causing problems in the start.

Zavo takes a lot of time , but it does load.

Fetching bill takes a good 2-3 minutes , and getting to the payment page takes another 3-4 minutes.

Have the app open and running and eventually you will be able to pay.

Paid quite a few bills now with reward points credited instantly.

you can pay bills of others as well.

many of my failed transaction on goodscore breached my monthly limit of rewards .. now those money is refund put point is not yet reversed ... so do I need to wait for points to be reversed ?

Dont wait. You can always call customer care later on and get points audited. Wait karne ke chakkar mei goodscore band hogya to ?

For Zavo, just wait and watch, if not credited to card, you will see payment failed in a day or two, you will get refund in 5-6 days

Wait for 1-2 days if not refunded raise a charge back request with the bank
