Which credit card should I choose next?

Dear TF community,
I hold an M4B (LTF), SBI Aurum (annual fee waived every year), and American Express Platinum Travel cards.
I am using M4B a lot. Yet, a significant amount of insurance, government spending, and jewelry spending is also present. I have a relationship with Yes Bank and IndusInd Bank. Which is the best card for excluded spends on M4B? (Not interested in chasing HDFC for infinia and not eligible for Business black either). Thanks a lot

Will I get it without a relationship with ICICI?

Could negotiate with the RM before opening account, if you have good net salary in or good TRV. Except infinia/amex/m4b can't think of many other cards which will fit your bill.
