Which card is good now for rent payments

I've got 50k rent to be paid monthly, earlier I was using magnus+PayZapp to get milestone benefits but now as PayZapp is fixed hence I would not get those benefits plus axis will collect GST for rent payment.

What is the alternative, any trick for magnus or any other suggested card to get at least some benefits out of the payment.

I have axis flipkart, ICICI apay, amex mrcc, Axis magnus, HDFC Tata neo infinity and a few others.

2. Do we get intimation email/SMS once it is credited in landlord account?

1. All took 3 working days max except one card. One card is instant.
2. While register/Enter landlord details you have to mention his number to intimate your landlord. You get all the updates.
3. No idea

In hdfc first rent payment for the calendar month is free. From the second rent payment onwards only they charge 1% right? This condition is per card or two hdfc cards combined?

For ex: I have two cards with a shared limit. So I can pay rent 1 time on each card for free right? So total two times free per month?

Yes. I do that occasionally with my Regalia and Infinity

SC Smart is the only CC with low annual fee of Rs500 +- in market that stills gives (after 1% surcharge deduction) CB of 1% on rent ? Need confirmation on that !

I pay 2 rents on DCB of 55k and 20k each via redgiraffe+HDFCbillpay and get points for both. No extra charges are levied, probably because they are not classified as rent.

Humble request to not poke the customer care on these loopholes 🙏

This is wrong!

Both kotak and indusind now have a rent surcharge fees on rent payment of 1% + GST (starting from feb 23 and apr 23 respectively).

Kotak bumped fee to 2% now

W.e.f. 25/02/2024, rent payments on your Kotak White Credit Card will attract a fee of 2% of the transaction amount + GST. Refer latest MITC for details.

I paid rent from HDFC Bill Pay in Hdfc app through redgiraffe on 25th Jan. Its been 5 days but the payment is not credited to the redgirraffe's account.
