What's the best Rupay Credit Card for rewards?

I currently hold an HDFC Tata Neu infinity card. I got this to make sure my UPI payments do not go reward less. Besides i do Have a decent bit of spending on Bigbasket, which yields 5% neu coins on the Tata Neu app.

This is first year free for me and will be 1500 from the second yet.

I would now like to recommend a Rupay credit card to my family member and I'm not sure if a card that's free for just one year is the best option.

Could you please recommend a better Rupay Credit card if there's one?

Kotak Myntra is good but now ban on kotak
If fee is concern you can get tata neu plus also at 500

Try to get the new Yes Bank Kiwi CC. It is really great with Kiwi Neon Milestones.
