What is this pinnacle capital service

I categorically closed all my bnpl services till July last year that included slice and uni cards.

All bnpl lones were reported closed in all 4 credit beuro in 2-3 months.

Now just having all credit cards and 1 active loan ( car loan ).

This month crif reported loan of 45k from 2022 but started reporting just now in march ( some random mood swings ? ) .

Can anyone enlighten me it's source of origin ?

BTW it's not in cibil , Experian
