How to Close Slice BNPL Card Service

Hello,

I applied for slice credit card, got the credit limit of 1,44,000, but later on, got to know that it'll show up as personal loan in cibil report.
Can you guys please help in how to close the slice account forever and remove that from cibil report?

Is it good if offers are good to consider already have 2 credit cards.
