Vietnam - USD vs Indusind pioneer debit card?

Which one is better for vietnam.

Indusind debit card has zero forex charge. Any Bank in vietnam that don't charge fee on ATM withdraws. Also what's the exchange rate you get on withdrawing money from ATM compared to carrying USD.

TP bank is free, doesn't charge anything extra. Atm will give better rate than $ notes.

Yes using pioneer and sbi rupay jcb debit card. Tried TP and vietcom ATM. NO charges. Anyways many establishments accept card. So even cash is not needed much.

Not sure why everyone sings songs about getting USD to vietnam. Doesn't make any sense if you have zero forex debit and credit card.
