Using Apay voucher balance for electricity bill payment

Hey Folks,

Do you know what's the limit to pay with apay voucher that we purchased using cc or got as gift card ?

In the T&C attached first it says only Apay UPI allowed then it says that on payment of 20k+ it does not allow other payments.

I'm a bit confused by this. Has anyone paid electricity bill of 15-20k in recent months and can confirm if this range is allowed?

If it's working then I'll buy apay vouchers, otherwise it would go to waste for me.

why the confusion, everything is clearly mentioned in the screenshot:
1) you can pay up to 20k bill using apay.
2) you can pay only 5 bills in a particular category using apay, netbanking, credit card/debit card in a month
3) from 6th bill, the only option is UPI

I have personally paid 6-7k, not 15k, but T&C clearly mentions upto 20k , so should not be an issue

Ohh, just wanted to know if someone is able to do since I won't be able to spend 20k apay vouchers otherwise. Till recently it was 15k.

I'll see if someone else confirms 😅
