US Bank Account without ITIN/SSN/EIN

I am a non resident of the US and do not have ITIN/SSN/EIN. I have applied for Aeldra bank but they required additional documents such as DL/US Passport for US address verification which I don't possess or have anyone in the US to provide these documents.

Looking for Aeldra alternatives where I can get a bank statement with US Address so that I can apply for US Credit Card without ITIN/SSN/EIN.

Because you don't have us addresss proof and if you put indian address it won't work in address verification
