I don't have account with them, Don't know anything about their service.

Do not signup for this. They are not based in the US, they operate out of Puerto Rico and are virtual accounts and unline US banks their partner bank do not offer FDIC insurance on your deposits.

You can transfer those funds to Indian account using wise or spend it with virtual debit card.
