I received an email saying that my Swiggy Card will be closed in 30 days. Apparently, the closure is due to forex trading, which the law prohibits. This is a real surprise because I’ve never done any forex trading, or any trading at all, in my entire life. I don’t even do forex trading in India. I suspect that this might be due to international transactions I did via PayPal, Skrill, and by using my card number directly on certain sites.
I have already sent an email to HDFC about this case. However, I also want to reach out to experts in the hope that you can help me. The Swiggy Card is my only cashback card, and I want to do whatever I can to prevent them from closing it.
