Offer Fulfilled! Upgraded to Celesta from Imperio

Hello folks,

I got my first federal bank card 1 year back. I intended to go for Celesta, but I got Imperio as I couldn’t choose the card type while applying for the same.

Few days back, I emailed them for upgrade to Celesta. They denied and requested me to check their mobile app for any upgrade offer.

However, I can’t check my credit card details in their shitty app as I’ve Federal bank account associated with INDmoney app. Even for card activation and pin setup, every time I need to call their CC.

To my surprise, 3 days back I got a sms from them saying my card is upgraded to Celesta. I received my new card today.

Anyone facing the similar issue with the app? (With INDmoney account)

Same happened to me too. Hope someone can shed light on it. I haven't activated the card yet. Planning to negotiate when they call.

I had connected with the customer support. They asked me to wait for the upgrade offer. I had already activated the card.

You can try to negotiate on your card activation and let us know how it goes.

You can get scapia along with core card.

Federal Bank has changed the policy recently, around a month ago. Now you can get it
