Offer Fulfilled! Upgraded to Celesta from Imperio

Hello folks,

I got my first federal bank card 1 year back. I intended to go for Celesta, but I got Imperio as I couldn’t choose the card type while applying for the same.

Few days back, I emailed them for upgrade to Celesta. They denied and requested me to check their mobile app for any upgrade offer.

However, I can’t check my credit card details in their shitty app as I’ve Federal bank account associated with INDmoney app. Even for card activation and pin setup, every time I need to call their CC.

To my surprise, 3 days back I got a sms from them saying my card is upgraded to Celesta. I received my new card today.

Anyone facing the similar issue with the app? (With INDmoney account)

any docs were asked or any other steps? did they directly upgraded? credit limit?

No docs were asked
They even denied over email…. I also didn’t follow up

But I got the sms out of nowhere

awesome, i also asked for upgrade to celesta. limit might be low 2.24L

I think you would get that
They are not very stringent on those things

Celesta has 16 domestic unconditional lounge access…. That’s a great feature to have for a free card
