Update on Baroda B3 Account

My dad wants to open an account for UPI. He needs a zero balance SB Account. His primary choice is PSB. Seems, our experience with SBI is not good enough hence we are thinking to open an account in BOB. There is an Account variant named B3 Account which is Zero Balance account. I believe, this account is suitable to fulfill his needs. Can any one please confirm whether BOB is still offering this variant or not! Seems, BOB BRO account can't be opened for a Senior Citizen.
