Unknown Credit enquiry in CIBIL

Today I got alert from CIBIL that new Credit Card enquiry reported by ATLAS. I have no idea about ATLAS. I haven't applied any credit card recently. How to remove this wrong enquiry?

Yes it's really scary. Income tax department should give pan card lock function like we have for aadhar. And we have to fight against a unknown/non existing nbfc this time. Only hope is RBI .

I have HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis credit Card.
And Closed Paytm postpaid, Flipkart pay later, Amazon pay later. Inme kisine data leak Kiya hoga?
Ya phir shayad credit score check third party like Paisabazar/one score?

I recently applied for a ICICI credit card through call and received it a week back. I also have mobikwik, cred, GPay.
Recently receiving increasing number of calls for pre approved Kotak & RBL cards.

I never gave pan card number in mobikwik. But there might be a data leak from somewhere.But can any nbfc make a hard enquiry without our consent? If we all complain with proper proofs in RBI, That nbfc may be hardly punished.

And CIBIL is pretty careless removing those fake enquiries. Sometimes they close the dispute without any proper solution.But this time I won't let this matter go. I will fight until this fake enquiries be removed from my CIBIL.

Has anyone of you opened OneScore account to check credit scores? I have a doubt that OneConsumer/FPL Technologies, which runs the OneScore service, may be selling our PAN number. 😜

I refreshed my report just now and the enquiry is not there in the Enquiry information section. So we should be good then.

Yes. For me also enquiry removed.

Thank God, nothing new in the enquiry section for me. For that technical glitches of CIBIL,we all were very much disturbed.

I actually applied for Atlas Card just a day ago and thought why is axis hitting Cibil twice in different names.

Now another scary part in my alers is Amex! I have not applied for any Amex Card in last 2 months. I see it in alerts but not in enquiries.

My Cibil dropped 2 points because of these 2 fake alerts and didn't go back up again.

For applying atlas card, the name should come under axis Bank not atlas . For American express it's showing it has created a new account. Check current report after refresh. If there is enquiry in the name of Atlas and new account in the name of American express.

Then no need to worry, it was some technical glitches happened with us also. It won't affect until it appears on your report.
