Seems like those are either autopay points or special promotion points.

Hope they didn't mess up GYFTR/ smartbuy promotional points. I have not got it yet. They used to give it by 8th or 9th in the due month.

So in the month of January I closed my HDFC Platinum DC for Millennia DC, after SBI unipay removed other banks DC option.

Since then I have only used 40k wallet load for monthly ₹400 cashback and never ever used my millennia DC elsewhere, except for cash withdrawal.

Today suddenly promotional cashback of ₹124.67 arrived out of nowhere 🤩.

Just curious what could be the reason, if anyone else noticed such thing.

Hdfc running promotional cashback offers every quarter on spends. like 3-7-10 or more transaction of more than 500-1000 transaction of each on card and get 250-750.
I got 500 in 1st quarter
And 750 in second quarter...
